1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@vibinvaults.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Approved: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Rejected: If your return is not approved due to the item not meeting the return conditions, we will notify you of the reason.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
